Library Scan - Long Time/Jammed

Hi,

 

I did a quick search on the forum but couldn't find any other topics on this.  The library scan on my server seems to get stuck, it was on 67.x% for ages then took an hour to get to 68% which it's been stuck on for a few hours now, any ideas why? I have attached my server log...

The roku thumbnail plugin will cause longer library scans. If this is a problem, try removing it.
