Have to rerun media scan every time I restart Emby

Not sure on the date when it started but it started happening about 70 movies ago.  Every time I restart Emby, it doesn't include the most recent media scans in my library.  As an example, let's say I have 200 movies.  It only shows 130.  I run media scan and it finds the movie and shows 200 movies in library.  Restart Emby and it goes back to 130.  Have to rerun media scan to get the movies to show up again.

The reason I have to restart so often is because Search will stop working after Emby has been running for a while.  Have to restart to get Search functioning again.
