Metadata subtitles

Dear community.

 

I'm questioning the auto download of subtitles. 

The main question i have is, if there is a way of emby not downloading or rather excluding cc subtitles aka hearing impaired. 

I am guessing its taking the first of the matching subtitles? Or how does this work?

 

Or is this controlled by opensubtitles? I haven't been able to find a setting there where i could exclude cc subs..

Hi, welcome. Unfortunately the open subtitles api doesn't have this information last I checked

So i have to live with it or disable it and download them my self?

Unfortunately, yes. But you can manually download subtitles using the emby web interface. Just open a movie, click the dot menu -> edit subtitles.
