[Connection refused]Debian server 8 ( Emby )

Hello, i have maked a server " Emby " so, when i want to connect to him in google chrome he say me " Connection refused "

my server is " debian 8 " i have re-installed this three parts ago and same error when i'm connect to my emby server.

And i have tested emby in debian 7 he say me the same error.

Anyone can help me please ?
