Identify / Replace not working

Hello,

i'm using emby server stable release on windows, when i try to "identify" content, select the new title and then submit (with replace existing images selected) nothing happen, the content has still the old image and identify.

Hi,

"house of cards" is recognized incorrectly (1990 version instead of the underwood 2013), so i click identify, select the right one, submit, nothing happen.

Can i send you server log?

Have you checked out file permissions? I had some strange issues in the past because emby couldn't sure to media folders.

 

Is your Metadata language in English or another language?
