Version 3.0.5871 - CoverArt BoxSet Problem

I have recently installed the version 3.0.5871 and I have found that now the BoxSet are not properly displayed. Looking to the image below It is possible to see:

 

1) Some collections are displayed correcly (the one with the BoxSet Cover) and some not.

2) The pictures display the content of a folder named Cartoons that contain only cartoons. Now the MOVIE view display correctly only cartoons, the view COLLECTIONS display any kind of BoxSet mixing collections contained in others folders.

The first thing to do is confirm those are modern collections as created by the web client or Auto BoxSets plug-in and not file-system based folders.

As for the second issue I see the same thing, it is a server issue not a plugin issue.  I doesn't matter whether the collection is made by the plug or made via file system (folder based).  All collections are displayed across different "topParentId=", so Movies and Kids Movies show the same collections.

Regarding the problem 1) It seems that is a server problem. Using Emby for WMC and Emby Theater 2.0 the BoxSets are displayed correctly. Regarding the problem 2) I know that they were never separated, I have just used the problem 1) to signal also the issue 2) ...
