Update to 5882 Failing

The update to Emby Server 3.0.5882 is now working for me.  As far as I can tell, it downloads the Mbserver.zip file fine, but when I do a 'Restart Now' to start the new version nothing happens and the old version (3.0.5871.0) is still in Emby-Server\System Folder.  I've tried it multiple times and the same thing happens.  I'm attaching some of the server logs.  There are 2 'unhandled' logs, but they don't get generated every time I try to update.
