Stream from Youtube or other provider

I have a bunch of videos of my own on YouTube/Google Photos amongst other video streaming sites. This makes me wonder, can I point Emby server library entries to those videos individually so it plays from there rather than needing a video file on my hard drive? Obviously for videos i do not have on my hard drive i would have to manually create the library item, but then point it to Youtube.Vimeo etc. for the actual video.

 

Seems like it could be fairly basic, just allow any Emby Server library item to be directed to a web link from youtube etc. and play that stream directly in the client. Give a choice when pressing play..either stream from Emby server or play the web link.
