Lunaras 0 Posted March 1, 2016 Posted March 1, 2016 I'm running into issues running Emby from my TCL Roku TV but running the app from my standalone Roku box has no problems. There are several problems, that I think might be related, but I'm not sure, and no errors appear in the server logs. The first is that more than 75% of the time I attempt to log in I either get a "Login failed" message. The second is that often when I 'successfully' log in, all that is displayed is the search, preferences, log out, etc. section. Sometimes if I search for something and then return to the Emby home screen, my media will appear, other times it won't. Rarely, restarting the Emby service or rebooting the server fixes these problems as does refreshing the network connection on the TV, but it succeeds infrequently enough that I think it's not really making any real difference. More like it's just a random chance type of thing. The server logs all look normal, including expected log in messages, with no errors or warnings of any kind. Both the TV and the standalone box have identical setups and once I'm logged in and the media appears, everything works fine until I leave the app, at which point I have to keep attempting to log in, restart the server, refresh the connection, etc. until it eventually works again.
