gillmacca 17 Posted February 28, 2016 Posted February 28, 2016 I have a second generation amazon fire tv, and everything was working fine last week. I have gone to play a tv episode today, but when I click on the episode, instead of getting taken to a screen with the play button (and other buttons), I am just presented with the backdrop image (plus time, and username) only. Pressing play on the remote does start the episode, but I should have buttons visible. What info do you need to look at this?
ebr 16169 Posted February 28, 2016 Posted February 28, 2016 That just sounds like your server is being really slow to deliver information. Try letting it sit there for a bit and see if things fill in.
