Cannot configure server configuration backup

I just setup my new server and I was able to install server configuration backup and do a restore.  However, I cannot change the backup settings on the plugin.  I just get a spinning circle.  I have tried Edge, Chrome and IE.

 

Server V. 3.0.5891.0

Backup Plugin V. 1.0.0.13

 

I attached 2 Logs, one from my most recent restart and the 2nd from my most recent attempt at the using the plugin.

I had to hit ctrl-f5 in Chrome and everything loaded.

This did work to get passed the spinning circle.  Thank you.
