Easy way to remove duplicate collections?

Auto Box Sets duplicated most of the boxed sets it created. The actual duplication happened a couple of versions ago so I think the issue is resolved. Is there an easy way to clean out the duplicates? Maybe by deleting them out of \AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\data\collections? Also, which is the good one?

Anchorman Collection [MB Auto Set] [boxset] or Anchorman Collection [boxset]
