Scannerx 0 Posted February 27, 2016 Posted February 27, 2016 So after I confirm the PIn, it asks me to choose a user, none of the users that appear at the top are me. When I try searching for me (my username), it says invalid username/password. The thing is it works with everything else.. Android Phone...Computer...Laptop...., just not with my Fire TV. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing multiple times. HELP!!! What am I doing wrong here.
ebr 16169 Posted February 27, 2016 Posted February 27, 2016 If you are willing to try a beta version, we can see if it is improved. You would need to PM me the email address of the Amazon account and be sure that account is allowing all marketing communications from Amazon.
