NOCHTPC 1 Posted February 27, 2016 Posted February 27, 2016 server Version 3.0.5888.0 windows 10 chrome Can't connect to my emby server. local ip address starts with 10.0.x.x and remote starts with 73.223.xxx.xxx. when I was in fl using verizon fios, everything worked good but now that I have comcast, emby is out of whack. I remember when both local and remotes ip started with 192.xxx.x.x. What should I do?
Luke 42081 Posted February 27, 2016 Posted February 27, 2016 Try restarting emby server. make sure it displays the correct external address on the emby server dashboard. If you're still having issues I would look at our Connectivity Troubleshooter. Thanks.
NOCHTPC 1 Posted February 27, 2016 Author Posted February 27, 2016 some reason I can't port forward because after filling in all the fields such as ipv4 address which I beleive is the remote ip address, I am stil left with the ipv6 address I dont know what to put.
