Cannot fetch metadata

I added a new movie to my server and cannot get MB3 to collect the metadata. I have done several rescans and tried to fetch it by editing the movie and using the refresh button. I am obviously doing something wrong. Help please

Please post the name of the movie and what the folder name is.

Both movie and folder. This is the first movie I have tried to add since I installed MB3. All the others on my server were picked up automatically at the time of installtion.

IMDB is having problemstoday according to MCM could be the problem

We use tmdb not IMDb.

Thanks, to all those responded to my post. I think the problem was I was trying to use IMDB as my source. I will test this out on a latter addition to my collection. In the meantime, I  used MCM to solve this issue.
