Intro videos transcoding only when streamed externally

I have intro videos that I have playing before the main feature.

 

They work fine when streaming from the Home network since they're not transcoding, but when streaming externally the server transcode them which makes them freeze and stutter.

 

I tried with my smartphone connected to the home network and it deodnt transcode but if I stream connected with the same device externally the server transcodes it.

 

Any idea why?

You server log and transcode log could explain why.  Do you have a internet streaming bitrate limit set?

Yes its set at 999 so therefore..no limit lol

Problem solved...deleted Max bitrate value and disabled Throttling.
