Cannot view or edit Metadata

When I go into Metadata manager, I see the "Display Name" along with the Orange & Red icons, but if I try to expand any of them, the actual show folders & data does not appear.

 

Is there something I need to change to get it to show?

Thank you for helping test pre-release versions. If this is an issue, you can always go back to the stable release.
