Emby not downloading episode info

For a couple of days now, my embryo won't download the episode info, I added a new show for example and t downloaded the show info, but the individual episodes it won't, I try a manual identify but after I hit submit I just get the spinner loader and won't go beyond it, just stays there for minutes with no result page or anything

 

Any ideas ?

I see this on the logs:

In "Metadata -> Services -> Episode" I do have TheTVDB enabled .. fyi

I tried entering just the name "Pilot" and search .. nothing, I tried the name and tvdb id of "11673" .. search .. nothing, I tried removing everything and just leaving the tvdb id of 11673 .. also didn't work .. just keeps spinning

Ok, here is what I found

 

If instead of using "identify" I went to the metadata manager, and in the episode edited the episode number (season was already set) and hit "full refresh" it edit itself with the right metadata

 

But using the "identify" it won't go nowhere .. so while I have a work around, any ideas what can cause it ?

There isn't an Identify feature for episodes at the moment. The only way an episode is going to get metadata is if it has season and episode numbers. Does that make sense?

A full log is always helpful.

 

TV Series have to be properly organized by folders Series Name/Season Number/Episode Number and name like this:

 

Series Name/S01/S01E01 - Episode Name.mkv

 

for proper scraping. This hasn't changed in years.
