Theatre Missing Random Images

I use Emby from a web browser, Roku, and Theater.  Only Theater is missing these images.  Random movies will be missing chapter images, similar movies section will be missing their cover.  Some movies have the cover, but when I click the movie, that section shows the broken image link similar to an HTML broken link.  I've tried running the chapter images task on demand, but nothing changes in Theater.  All images show up in the browser and Roku.

 

The first 2 attachments are of Theater and the browser, of the same movie.  Theater is missing all the chapter images, the browser displays them.  The last is Theater with the missing cover image

I'm having the same (or similar) issue. Throughout Emby Theater for Windows (10), I seem to be missing images all over the place (collections,all series, favorites, etc.). Also, the movie section went a bit haywire. I've reinstalled to no avail. Thoughts?

It's probably just an issue of first time performance of generating thumbnails. Uninstalling cover art can help improve it.
