JERRY1 17 Posted February 21, 2016 Posted February 21, 2016 I cannot see the mouse pointer in emby and it's become an issue. Auto start is uncheck in the settings but it still start with windows. Pointer can be seen in windows but it's a hell of a time getting out of the screen with no pointer .
ebr 16169 Posted February 21, 2016 Posted February 21, 2016 Unchecked in what settings? To not auto start EMC all you need to do is remove the shortcut from your startup folder.
JERRY1 17 Posted February 22, 2016 Author Posted February 22, 2016 Settings in EMC..task, general etc.
ebr 16169 Posted February 22, 2016 Posted February 22, 2016 Settings in EMC..task, general etc. Where are there task settings in Emby for Media Center? Can you show a screen shot of what you are referring to?
Ian-Highlander 147 Posted February 22, 2016 Posted February 22, 2016 (edited) This could be the known Windows Media Center issue with mouse trails. Turn off visible mouse trails and shadows in your Windows control panel/mouse settings and see if that sorts it. Edit: also ensure you don't have magnifier enabled. ebr 16169 Posted February 22, 2016 Posted February 22, 2016 Okay, that is the settings for Windows Media Center, not Emby. What, exactly, is happening that you want to be different with your start-up?
JERRY1 17 Posted February 23, 2016 Author Posted February 23, 2016 When windows start EMC starts with it, recently no mouse pointer in emc. Just trying to stop emc from starting with windows
