Then there may be some connectivity issue such as a firewall blocking the traffic. I would take a look at our Connectivity Troubleshooter and try the suggested steps there. Thanks.

Can you share Live TV and the guide with other users?  I didn't see that as an option.

You allow people to access your server via users.  If you give a user rights to access Live TV, then they will have it.

I understand that.  I haven't shared with anyone yet but when I go to "Users" or "Guests" under the share option I only see

Camera uploads and the other shares that I made, TV, Movies, Concerts etc.  Nothing about Live TV or Guide data.

Once you've invited a guest you can grant them access to those features in the same way you do other users.

I just gave a friend access but there is no LIVE TV support?  He can see my movies and tv shows but no Live TV or guide data

This is a different menu.  "Access"

 

 

Are you enabling their access here via Users-Profile-Feature access?
