Best way to keep 2 Emby servers in sync?

I have 2 Emby servers.  A primary and a secondary.  From time to time, I need to take the primary server offline for maintenance.  The secondary server is powered down most of the time, but I bring it up about once per week to sync my media folders between them.

 

So when I need to take down the primary server, I'd like to have my Emby clients point to the secondary server and not miss a beat as far as their episode and movie watched flags.

 

So I have 2 questions:

 

1. Is the Folder Sync plug-in appropriate for syncing the media content on the primary to the secondary server, or would I be better off using a Windows utility to keep certain folders in sync?  I have about 70TB of media content on the primary server that is backed up on the secondary server.

 

2. Is the Server Configuration Backup plug-in what I want to use to keep the client view flags current on the secondary server?
