Feature Request: Scroll-bar for mouse users

Can a scroll-bar be added to the bottom or side of the pages similar to Windows 10 apps for mouse users? Maybe keep it hidden unless the mouse hovers over that area? I find it more convenient than using the arrow keys to navigate.

Right, which is great. But I also have a wireless keyboard/mouse combo that doesn't have a wheel. Just saying an autohide scroll-bar would be nice.

A bar that fades in and out only when scrolling would be nice. Helps to show how much there is to scroll through.

Perhaps a brake to prevent scrolling past the end of content would be nice as well.
