File not will not play in Theater but works in WMC

The file is an MP4 and will play in Emby in WMC but will not play in Emby Theater.  I mistakenly thought they both used the same player and if worked in one it should the other.  Could this be a codec issue?  I was just not sure where to start.  Thanks

I would actually think it is more likely to be the other way around.  Any log you can post for someone more in the know?

what is the media info of the mp4 file.  We need to know what level and if it is 8bit or 10bit.  Also do you have hardware acceleration on, or set to auto, and does your video card support x264 acceleration?
