Continue Watching Refresh Loses Browsing Ability

Has anyone had any issues when returning to any library after playing a title from the continue watching section?  I lose the ability to browse, the highlighted box is gone and square where the movie image was doesn't grow.  If I push the directional pad on my remote I still hear the beeps like normal but nothing happens.  If I exit back to settings, select one of the groups there like audio, and go back to the library, I have control back and can browse to anything again.  It happens every time I play something from continue watching.  I don't think it occurs in any other section of the libraries.  I've attached the server log, anything concerning this should be at the bottom of the log around 10:20 to 10:30 I believe.  The movie was Sum of All Fears.  I did it twice, hoping something would get recorded and stick out for anyone here.  Thanks for any help.

I think this also happens after you let the screensaver kick in too. Lost focus after it clears.
