Problems contacting Robert ref Viva TV channel - permission denied email

Hi, 

I had been emailing Robert about some guide line up issues I had with Freeview HD UK. 

 

It was going fine but the last 3 emails have bounced back saying purely permission denied. No other error or info it. 

 

Robert can you help?
