Media Browser Theater Update doesn't run

I have Media Browser Theater running on two systems, but only have an issue with the one.  The issue is I get the icon notifying me of an update.  When I click on it, is says it needs to restart Media Browser Theater to apply the update.  When I click OK, Media Browser Theater closes but nothing happens.  When I relaunch Media Browser Theater I see the update notification icon.  If I look in settings, I see a download bar which tells me the update has been downloaded, but it never runs.  I've tried rebooting the system, but that doesn't help.  The only way I've been able to update is to run the setup.exe again.  

 

I was running version 3.0.5083.365 on a 64 bit Windows 7 Ultimate system.  After running setup.exe it updated to version 3.0.5096.36440.

 

I have Media Browser Theater running on another system with similar specs and it updates without an issue.  I'm sure a clean install of Windows will fix this, but I'd rather not do that if I don't have to.  Is there anything anyone can think of checking for the next update?

I have, several times. That is how I get it to update.
