DTS Neo 2:5 default for DD and PCM movies

Is there a possibility to add the option to force movies with DD or PCM audio to DTS Neo 2:5? I switch it manually at the moment.

 

DTS codec movies are fine.

You mean 2.0 DD or PCM?

Don't know if it's possible to change TV Menu settings from within the app.

 

But I agree, I also like neo more than Surround.

I have 5.1 therefore I manually switch 2ch DD or PCM to DTS Neo 2:5 to have 5.1 effect.

 

Would be awesome to have the option to have the app automatically switch TV audio to Neo when a DD or PCM 2ch movie is played.

But Neo is just a ghosty 2.0 to 5.1 Upmix process like Dolby Surround. They both create a fake 5.1 from the 2.0 front sound.

Agreed, but it sounds better in my living room on NEO. Since Im set up with a 5.1 Samsung Receiver.

 

 

Just wondering if that option could be added to the Options pane as a Default mode.
