Upcoming tab - missing icons

Today I noticed that some of my shows have no icon in the upcoming tab.  Any idea on how I can get these back?  I've done a library scan and even a full metadata refresh.

What are your Metadata-Services (series, season, and episode) image settings?

 

This is normal when you have no series-thumb or episode-primary image.

 

Like your example The Big Bang Theory "S9, E15 - The Valentino Submergence" there is no image on TVDB yet, but you should have a Series-Thumb (from Fanart) if you have them set to download.

Oh, fanart was disabled for series and season.  I enabled it and now the images are there.
