Sync failed

Hello,

 

I have windows server version 3.0.5868.0 and all my media plays very well, transcoded or not.

 

I have a smartphone and a tablet, both with android, but I can't seem to sync any video to my smartphone. It works with the tablet.

 

I believe the transcoding is failing and I don't know why because when I play transcoded media to the same device (smartphone) it works very well.
