macerob 2 Posted February 9, 2016 Posted February 9, 2016 I was thinking about the download subtitle section in the server management site and had a suggestion. What if it were possible to see the filename of the episode/movie that you are trying to download a subtitle to then it would be easier to find matching ones for it. Is this feature implementable, if so can it be added? Thanks again on the wonderful work you guys do.
Luke 42083 Posted February 9, 2016 Posted February 9, 2016 Hi, welcome. Do you mean like a subtitle download activity log?
macerob 2 Posted February 9, 2016 Author Posted February 9, 2016 No I mean in when you go into edit subtitle section. But now come to think of it this might be more of a client function than a server one. But still do you think it's doable?
anderbytes 141 Posted February 9, 2016 Posted February 9, 2016 I guess that what he means is when we click to search for a subtitle, some results appear but isn't easy to tell the difference between then, so we can choose which do we want.
anderbytes 141 Posted February 10, 2016 Posted February 10, 2016 (edited) As I explained in other topic, I had to disable subtitle download today (problem with accented chars and downloaded srt text charset by Emby) So... macerob this is yours to answer :-) Edited February 10, 2016 by anderbytes
macerob 2 Posted February 10, 2016 Author Posted February 10, 2016 what other info would you want to see Well when you search for a subtitle it would make it easier if you could see the original file name on the one you were searching for. Something like this 1
macerob 2 Posted February 11, 2016 Author Posted February 11, 2016 Thanks. And please keep the good work going
