Chromecast not detected?

I started having issues today and am unable to get the web client to see my chromecast.

My chrome browser (that I am using to access the web client) is able to see the chromecast.

I tried upgrading Emby to 3.0.5821.0 and I am still unable to connect.

I started emby on my android phone and it can see the chromecast. 

WIth emby on my phone running the web client could cast to my phone.

Thoughts?

Suggestions?
