Some MKVs not working after latest update(s)

Suddenly all of my Game of Thrones MKVs have stopped playing. Neither the webplayer, Samsung player or the Android app want to play them.

 

I have attached a server log. I had just restarted Emby before I tried starting the episode again. This log is of the webplayer trying to play the episode.

Also the transcode log has been attached, as well as a file with MediaInfo from the episode printed in it.

 

The Samsung player shows a connection error. The others report a generic error.

 

I have tried removing the files, then did a library scan, copied the files back, did a library scan. Nothing changed.

Where they working before with intel quick sync?  Do they work if you disable Intel quick sync?

You are a genius! They work now, after setting it to "Auto" instead That'll teach me to enable things without reading up on them.
