Emby not showing movies properly

In the most recent update of Emby Version 3.0.5821.0 my movies are no longer being displayed properly.

 

my folders are setup like this:

 

In my library there are some items that are actually multiple (sometimes hundreds) of items combined into one single item (see pacific rim or quantum of solace).

 

 

When you enter the item it shows the item as having all the items as separate quality files however reviewing the filename shows that they are indeed different films.

 

 

The only thing that is different between yesterday and today is that emby was updated to its latest version.

 

Any assistance that could get me back on track would be appreciated.

It is grouping them all into one movie because the titles all start with the folder name. we're looking into it.

Upgraded to the latest beta and things seem to be working as they should.
