CPU to slow for Transcoding?

Hello,

 

i installed a fresh emby server on brand new hardware:

 

- ASRock B150M Pro4S/D3 Board

- Intel G4400T (2x 2,9 Ghz, Skylake, QuickSync, 3374 Passmark CPU Mark)

- 4GB RAM

- 120GB SSD for Windows 10 OS

- 3TB SAS 7.2krpm HDD for Media

 

 

But even with QuickSync enabled, ffmpeg.exe process takes 100% CPU time and video stutters.

Anything i  can improve?

I have an i7 and that gets high when transcoding. It's not always the CPU that causes stuttering.

 

I notice you have a 1080 video, is that playing to another device? If it is, what's the device/PC and how is it connected (wifi/LAN)?

The Device playing ist a AFTV Stick, connected via WiFi.
