Notifications with auto restart after update

I could be mistaken but I think the notifications can be improved in case the user has enabled auto restart in idle periods when Emby auto updated. Whenever Emby auto updates I receive a (Pushover) notification saying "Please restart Emby Server to finish updating. However, a. I have auto restart enabled and b. the config page already shows the latest version.

 

Could it be that there is a little bug in play? I don't know - it's confusing and I end up manually restarting just to be sure.

Instead of sending "please restart..." it would be better to wait until Emby did the auto restart and then send "Your Emby server is now up to date" (or similar).

Yea they are two independent features so that is why. I guess the solution would be to have notifications wait a few minutes in case the server gets restarted through other means
