ebr 16169 Posted January 30, 2016 Posted January 30, 2016 Looks like that particular backup doesn't contain those items. It does look like there is a display problem though where each option is being repeated below it... Luke, I'll need your help figuring out why that is happening.

All items are present in the backup folder. Can you test with chrome and see if there are any errors in the console? right click -> inspect element. thanks. I'm not seeing any errors in the console. If I expand the "Object" the Backedupusers are listed. This is just a Chrome issues, elements show in IE, Edge, and Firefox.
Happy2Play 9780 Posted February 24, 2016 Author Posted February 24, 2016 Looks like this is just an issue in Chrome 49, they appear in Chrome 48, unless you refresh the page in Chrome 48 then you get the same error.

Happy2Play 9780 Posted February 24, 2016 Author Posted February 24, 2016 This resolves the issue in Chrome 48 with refresh. Chrome 49 only shows user/userdata after a refresh but since it is a beta I wouldn't worry about is now.
ebr 16169 Posted February 24, 2016 Posted February 24, 2016 When it it isn't displaying the user information properly, at the very top of the screen it also isn't showing the actual backup name, is it? I think this is actually a caching issue like we saw a while back with plug-ins when the server caching first got more aggressive.
Happy2Play 9780 Posted February 24, 2016 Author Posted February 24, 2016 Correct backup name doesn't display when user/userdata is missing. Nuking the browser cache/history didn't make a difference, but as noted it is a 49 is a beta so I don't know how much of a factor that makes.
