lazybob 2 Posted January 29, 2016 Posted January 29, 2016 Recently upgraded my router and now my Roku 3 can't find the server. Manually add the server address and it doesn't work. Restarted the Roku, Emby software and the computer I have hosting everything... Can't connect...
Luke 42083 Posted January 29, 2016 Posted January 29, 2016 Hi lazybob, welcome. Have you tried any other devices? for example, how about the web interface with a smart phone or tablet?
speechles 2055 Posted January 29, 2016 Posted January 29, 2016 You might have to reset the wireless settings on the roku, not just reboot it. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk

Luke 42083 Posted January 29, 2016 Posted January 29, 2016 Are you sure you have the right ip address? how are you determining that?

Solution speechles 2055 Posted January 29, 2016 Solution Posted January 29, 2016 (edited) Can you see the roku listed when opening "network"? It should show in other devices. Also did you set up the server pc as knowing it is on a "home" network when redoing it? The firewall might be the issue otherwise. When I set up the new router it must have auto set to a Public network because it never gave me the option. 2
