Info1 13 Posted January 29, 2016 Posted January 29, 2016 Just stopping in to say thanks for the rapid releases for EMBY Theatre, seems each day I turn it on something new is pushed. Saw thread about the sounds being an issue hope that OP'er hung on long enought for that release. Love your Agile approach and pleased to be part of the beta process. Thank you for all your hard work developing the core of MY home entertainment system. m 5

lifespeed 42 Posted February 1, 2016 Posted February 1, 2016 Not to ask a dumb question, but are you saying the new Emby Theater updates itself automatically? I do not see any reference to this feature in the menus, nor do I see any "about" option to display the current version number.

Latchmor 584 Posted February 1, 2016 Posted February 1, 2016 At the moment there is no feedback unless you watch the install folder. If there is an update on start it will download it. However it will not be applied until you restart ET. So, if you're looking for an update you know has been released, start ET wait 5 mins and restart.
