Dazik 46 Posted January 23, 2016 Posted January 23, 2016 One of the things I made a habit out of with the old Theater was pausing a movie and un-pausing it quickly to see the progress (space bar). Pause no longer shows the progress and would like to see that work as it used to if possible. It's a minor gripe, but hey, I'm sure I'm not the only one.
Koleckai Silvestri 1154 Posted January 23, 2016 Posted January 23, 2016 When I have something paused, the time and progress bar show on the OSD. Moving the mouse or pressing the up arrow brings up the OSD.
Dazik 46 Posted January 24, 2016 Author Posted January 24, 2016 (edited) Does not show for me unless I move the mouse. maybe scaling/DPI related, big TV, high resolution, high DPI required.. We use a remote with no mouse control. I'd also like to add to this that "Escape" no longer goes back which is also quite annoying. Using a generic MCE remote, it uses the Escape command to go back. ebr 16170 Posted January 24, 2016 Posted January 24, 2016 Backspace actually is the MCE command for back.
Dazik 46 Posted January 24, 2016 Author Posted January 24, 2016 Backspace actually is the MCE command for back. Mine seems to be Escape for whatever reason. Oddly the "left" button is sending the backspace command. In either case it's annoying, and even more annoying with HTPC keyboard. My remote is mostly generic crap because we simply go though them too fast to get anything nice, small children aren't kind to remotes.
Solution Luke 42077 Posted January 24, 2016 Solution Posted January 24, 2016 I've added showing the osd on pause 1
