Playing Different File Formates

Hello,

 

I have ripped my blu-ray and dvd copies of American Sniper. The file names are set up as is on the wiki:

 

/Movies/American Sniper (2014)/extras/One Soldier's Story The Journey of American Sniper.mkv

/Movies/American Sniper (2014)/extras/The Making of American Sniper.mkv

/Movies/American Sniper (2014)/American Sniper (2014) - BD.mkv

/Movies/American Sniper (2014)/American Sniper (2014) - DVD.mkv

 

On the web client i see American Sniper and a 2 in the picture, indicating there are two titles in the folder i believe. When i choose the title, i see the extras, and at the bottom of the page i can see both the BD and the DVD copy. When i press play, it plays, but i am not sure which one is playing. Is there a way to switch or identify which title is playing? I would always like to play the BD, but my father using a roku at his home doesn't want to wait for the load time, so he would like to play the dvd copy. Thanks for any help you can offer.

It does choose the one that is most efficient for the app you're using but unfortunately right now there isn't a way to override or see what version has been chosen. Something to add for the future.

Thanks Luke. Yeah, it would be nice to be able to select which title to play.
