two copies of the same file

When I do a library scan with Emby I am getting 2 entries for some files. I checked to ensure there is only 1 movie file in the folder. one of the listings plays the movie but the other one doesn't - any ideas on how to fix this?

Thanks for the fast response, is there anything I can do or do I need to wait for an Emby software update?

Well you can delete the file that the mac creates but it might just come back. We'll try to get the change promoted to beta and stable soon.

Should also mention that Emby is running on a QNAP NAS rather than directly on the Mac

I don't think this is the case as I showed the hidden flies and deleted the hone in the screenshot. I rescanned the library but the file is still showing twice. I have also attached two additional screenshots showing one is the proper movie and the other is not

if you click into both of them, what is the path displayed?

First one: /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/HD_Station/share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/Multimedia/Movies/The Matrix/The Matrix.avi

Second one: /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/HD_Station/share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/Multimedia/Movies/The Matrix/._The Matrix.avi

yea it's exactly that issue.  you might be able to delete the files from the command line as a temporary workaround.
