cant download plugins, it just spins forever as shown in the screenshot.   logs attached

Looks like a network problem of some sort.

	Block length does not match with its complement.
	System.IO.InvalidDataException

Try re-booting some things and make sure that a firewall or anti-malware program aren't interfering.

Rebooted, entire machine.  Windows firewall is disabled, i have C:\Users\Mark\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server recursively excluded from AV scanning.

I'm in the same boat. I installed the plugin that makes collections for you successfully, not I just have a spinning ball on any of them.
