I have issues with this and just plain slow loading of the library too.

 

This is probably something that @@snazy2000 needs to look at.

i haven't been able to load the library with fire tv to test to see if the video problem happens there.

I've had this problem.

 

I was able to play the videos fine in the PlayOn app on my iPhone and iPad but I could not play in emby.

 

I went to the PlayOn settings, in the Advanced Settings unchecked hardware acceleration.

 

emby works fine for me now.

I'm getting the same error.

I tried disabling the hardware acceleration, but it did not help. The video does not even start. Tested on ipad, iphone, and firefox.
