Video starts to stick/jump between a few frames about 20 seconds in

Hi,

 

I would be really grateful if someone can help please...  All was working fine yesterday then last night I went to watch anything using my Xbox One and the Media Player software/DLNA as I always do.  Video starts but starts to stick/jump between a few frames in a loop.  Sound carries on fine.  I could not get it to work on any video file?

 

It seemed ok when I tried through my browser on my laptop or ipad.  No settings had been changed by me in the time it was working earlier in the day.

 

I have attached the transcode log in the hope somebody may spot the issue?

The log looks ok to me. maybe there was just some temporary network disruption? i would give it a little more time to see if it continues to happen.

Thanks Luke ill try again tonight.  It was on a local network and everything else was fine.  If it fails again anything else I should provide to help?

Just tried again and its still doing it.  Attached server logs and latest transcode.  Im really at a loss it only seems to have the problem with xbox one, watching on an ipad or browser is fine

I unplugged the xbox one to reset it and that has done the trick!
