Media Scan Freezes at 38.x% plus some errors on log

Hello everyone,

 

I want to start by saying i am a very happy user of emby, and have been using it almost from day one :-) .  For the last 9 months, i was extremely happy as i disabled windows update, emby update, and the server ran for the entire period, and i had ZERO issues.. I believe the server was only reset once in the whole 9 months period.. it was excellent, The family was very happy and did not have any downtime :-) , and I have converted 6 of my friends to emby because of that fact alone....

 

That said, i needed to do emby update to get all the new features, so I did that...

 

Now, my Media Scan freezes at around 38%..  It starts ok, and runs for a while in the task manager, but stops at some point, and the task manager shows zero activity (cpu load) on mediabrowswer.server .

 

I have looked into the log, and I have noticed many errors, and I am not sure if they are relevant or not...  I have attached the log file.

 

I appreciate any help you can give me..

p.s.  Once i resolved this issue, i will stop the emby auto update once again.. :-)..

It might be due to the people refresh operation running at exactly the same time. we only allow 1 request at a time to Tmdb so the media requests might be stuck in line behind the people requests

You are correct, I havery waited until three people refresh stopped and restarted the media scan and it completed OK. ...
