Edge Mobile - Playback controls not in right place

This one is hard to explain, but on my Lumia 950XL running Windows 10 Mobile and using Microsoft Edge, the playback controls aren't in the right position.

 

Basically, the video starts playback in a small window in the browser... but the play button, transport slider, and fullscreen button act as if the player is already fullscreen.  Trying to demonstrate it with red circles where it responds to pause and fullscreen taps.  I'm not sure it's anything the web client is doing, or just the browser, but thought it was worth pointing out.  (Sorry for the giant images too).
