Just how do you get the new folder view??

Back in December 15 Luke announced a long awaited feature was coming in the next major server release (see here).

 

I have been waiting for this for years but I don't have this option in music    ! Has this change been implemented yet (I guess not) and if so were do you find it?

Not sure from which version onwards but works with Version 3.0.5970.0
