farside847 39 Posted January 17, 2016 Posted January 17, 2016 I am a few versions behind and I thought I had some time over the weekend to upgrade. Right now I am running 3.0.5781.3 - I have my server set to not auto upgrade. When I go to the configuration page, it checks and tells me that there is a new version available like normal (3.0.5786.0). When I click on the big blue button "Update Now" nothing happens. It might be because I am a few versions behind. What is the preferred method to force it to upgrade? I dont want to loose any of my data/settings. Normally I just click this button and watch the magical upgrade happen Log attached. thanks! server-63588619899.zip
Solution Happy2Play 9783 Posted January 17, 2016 Solution Posted January 17, 2016 Easiest way is from the download page, the installer does the same as auto-update. 1
legallink 187 Posted January 18, 2016 Posted January 18, 2016 Do you have Emby running as a service? Regardless, downloading the installer from the website won't cause you to lose your settings.
