Share Play

i have many users on my emby server, when i am watching a tv show or a movie and my friend wants to watch it to. i would like a share feature allowing my friend to sync up with what i am playing, maybe using a link or a code but they still use there account. is this possible, do u get what i mean hope i explained it well    , also maybe a addon to this will be if i pause it, then it pauses for them
